What is our Cancellation Policy? This website is operated by Dreambranding.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dreambranding.com. Dreambranding allows for order cancellation within 12 hours of order placement. What is our Return and Exchange Policy? Dreambranding allows for free standard shipping on domestic returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return your order for a refund. If the error was not caused by Dreambranding, only the cost of the merch will be refunded. A refund of any sort can only be processed within 90 days of shipping the order. We do not process EXCHANGES. To complete an exchange, return your unwanted product and place a new order for the wanted product. Returns cannot be worn or damaged. Once your return is received, it may take 7-10 business days to process and refund your purchase. Credit card companies may take an additional 2-3 business days or longer to make your return funds available. You will be notified via email when a refund is being issued. If the reason for the return is not due to an error from Dreambranding, the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. LOST IN TRANSIT/RETURNED TO SENDER POLICIES ⦁ Lost in transit orders: Orders that become lost in transit must be reported to customer support within 3 months for domestic orders, and 5 months for international orders for a resolution to be provided.
